Humor Beta/Mentor Needed
I have read over the ins and outs of what constitutes a 'beta reader' vs a 'mentor', and I think I'm in between. It's not done, it is polished (in places) but I am struggling at the moment with continuing with interwoven 'voices' and would like an opinion as to whether it is working or not.
It is funny, should be easy to read, but perhaps frustrating? If you are looking to smash someone to bits, PLEASE wait for someone else! I write more consistently when I have constructive critiques from someone that enjoys my voice-if you don't enjoy the first chapter, you probably won't find much to enjoy in the work (currently 50,000 words)
Warning: apparently offensive to devout Catholics... (the first chapter, anyway)
