How many agents is it ok to query at the same time? Two agents have a partial of my manuscript and one has the full copy. Should I give them time to get back to me or is it alright to query some else today? Thanks all

Since this is your first round (Great responses, by the way! You should be overwhelmingly encouraged.), I would wait until you get at least one response back just to see what the agent has to say. Hopefully, it will be an offer, but, if not, the agent might point out some huge hole in your manuscript that would have ruined your chances with other agents. Beyond that, I see no reason not to continue querying as long as you haven't promised an exclusive.
Great going. Apparently your query, subject, and choice of agents is very good. Sure you could wait to get feedback which might be helpful, and many will agree with that line of thinking. Speaking for myself, if you have total confidence in your manuscript, and it's passed the test of your betas, I'd continue to send out queries, about 8-10 every 3 weeks.
