It must be contagious. I feel like crap. Woke up with an awful sore throat, all out of sorts. I have to give a two-hour talk to forty senior citizens today. I don't care how bad I feel afterward, I'm going to take myself to a movie.

I'm back at work today, feeling kind of ok. But it seems everyone else at work is fighting off sickness too.

If you saw the other hounds thread, you'd have noticed that I wrote more toward my story. Oh and just read my blog for more details. It has a writerly question for you to answer too.

Am back home sick. Started feeling sicker at work so left because I have a socialist meeting tonight and if I stayed at work, there's no way I'd be healthy for that. Hopefully after some tea, food and rest, I'll feel better.

All socialists advocate skipping work for any excuse they can find. It's getting back at your boss.

I slept, applied for some jobs and am now trying to work out if I'm still sick or not.

I'm struggling with a bit of dialogue right now. It makes no sense at all. The characters are on the phone. It's a brief conversation. Should be cake. Right.

Gah. Telephone conversations are the worst...talking heads. So hard to do well, IME. Sorry you're not feeling well. Neither am I...nor is b. Hmmm. Something in the water? All over the word? LOL

It's dedication AND insanity...kinda necessary equipment.

This conversation is interspersed with my MCs thoughts. Rambling, crazy thoughts. Poor guy. I'm really putting him through the ringer. More so than I thought I would when I started the tale.
