This claims to be a Canadian agency looking for screenwriters to represent. They state on their Web site that they have ties to U.S., Canada, Europe...

Has anyone heard of them, or submitted to them?

For you veterans: Should we stay away from a Canadian company? Will this taint submissions made our behalf to U.S. companies??

Any clues would be appreciated.
