Well, I got some of the sniper and spy upgrades.

Razorback: better than that worthless SMG
Huntsman: sucks for most maps, great for a few
Jarate: meh

Cloak and Dagger: unbelievably amazingly awesome
Ambassador: good for sniping people

Updated opinion. The Jarate is awesome, the Razorback is only useful against really good spies, the Huntsman is great on some maps, and the SMG still sucks.
