I've written a book about my life. I'm hesitant to call it a memoir, but I don't know how else to classify it. Any suggestions? Anyone willing to read some of it? It's kind of intense...

If it's about your life, I'd say it's a memoir. You could call it fiction and change identifying details if you're uncomfortable with exposing parts of your life, but from what you've said here, it sounds like memoir.
There used to be something called "autobiography", before "memoir" became a more fashionable catch-all phrase. If it's an autobiography, which would generally (but not always) be a chronological recounting of your life so far, rather than a selection of anecdotes, then call it an autobiography.
