I'm writing a historical set in pre-Revolutionary Paris. It is about the Affair of the Necklace. In a nutshell, a very expensive necklace was stolen and the queen's (Marie Antoinette's) involvement was questioned. It was a severe blow to her already shaky reputation.
This story is written from the persepective of someone who had a role in the theft of the necklace.
I'm about 25k in, which is, perhaps a third or so. I would love to get some feedback on what I have already and perhaps someone to give me feedback as I continue on.
