But whenever I try running it, it says "A error has occurred while initializing direct30. Insufficient graphic card properties or configuration /driver problems could be causing this. Try running the game in safe mode (-Safemode execution parameter)." How do I fix this?

I went and looked up the specs of the game. It requires a serious graphics card. (Maybe serious, I haven't looked up whats cutting edge for a while.
Unless you have a deep wallet you aren't going to like this. The minimum graphics card for the game is a GeForce 3 which is about a hundred dollar card (I found one that may be able to get it out for $75). The max is a geforce gt ultra 6800. I could'nt find you one of those but it will be pricy.
