selling a non-paranormal novel

As I was working away on my fantasy romance last night it struck me that perhaps being able to even sell a novel that isn't UF/Paranormal is more difficult in today's environment I suppose you could say. After all on a trip to the local bookstore I was having a heck of a time finding anything that wasn't UF/Paranormal. So, my main question/concern is whether or not anyone is even buying plain ol Fantasy romance. If so, who? And other people's thoughts on it would be interresting.

And if anyone has any reccomeendations...

except Elizabeth Vaughn's Warprize series. I have it, and lets just say that me and the Warprize books weren't compatable. If she's got any other books in the fantasy romance genre I'd look into em...
