Gahhhhhhhhh.
Just checked an email of poetry submissions. The particular market wanted the poems sent in an attachment, rather than as part of an email. My sent email had somehow changed the document to an unopenable/unreadable file. (Geez, even the computer's a critic
) I immediately rewrote, reattached and re-sent the submission, apologizing for and asking the editors to ignore the first email. Second email/attachment seems to have sent ok, but slightly worried they won't open the second one, after the mess with the first one. Reassurance?
Also, anyone else want to share goofs/problems with submissions (on your or your agent's part) like telling "Amazing Press House" that you'd love to have your work published with "Really Cool Press" (not that I've EVER misdirected a submission
) etc., etc?
