I assume you are writing a book that you think Writer's Digest Books might publish, correct? At first I thought you might mean the magazine.
In Writer's Market they do have a listing for Writer's Digest Books (p. 305 in 2009 deluxe edition), but obviously it's a bit much for me to type here. They list their website as
www.writersdigest.com/books but I wasn't able to find their submission guidelines there.
You might try e-mailing
[email protected], she is listed as the executive editor (and the only contact given), to ask her to send you the guidelines, or if you feel confident, just send her your proposal. No phone number is listed.
