Well, this week our challenge is to write something undeniably hot without a single word of conversation, no dialogue, no funny quips, nothing. It's all in the details.

Maryn, I doubt seriously a lack of creativity, but genuinely understand a lack of time.

It's mostly that my computer is ailing. I have access to an old clunker which can get online if time is not a concern (ninety seconds to go from one tab to another? I'm gettin' old waiting!), but I don't seem to be able to write at it.

For one thing, this computer has no proper desk. The keyboard sits on my lap. For another, the slowness issue means that it often can't keep up with my keystrokes, and I'm not all that fast a typist. Most frustrating.

Any-hoo, my 'good' computer's hard drive will be wiped clean this weekend and be restored to pure virginity--although some experts theorize backdoor trojans never really leave--and then one at a time I will reload operating system and other programs, and finally my own files.

And maybe even write!
