Telephone call scene

Hi,

I'm currently writing a scene which involves a telephone call. I intend on switching between the two characters location. My question is, would i use CUT TO: or just introduce a new scene INT/ECT. etc.. Also, with the voice coming from the cell phone on the other characters end would i use NAME (O.S)?
