Searching for a Beta Reader-fantasy

I'm searching for someone to read over one of my books to help fine tune it. I've gone over it so many times that I'm blurred to sentences. lol.

If you'd help, I'd be glad to do what I can for you. I'm pretty much a newbie, but if you want an opinion, I'll be honest but kind.

My book is fantasy and has 78,000 words.
