I need constructive criticism on a story I wrote, but the story is kind of personal, and I don't really want to post it here. I do want to publish this story but under an alias. Where do I turn to???

No, a beta reader is someone who reads your WIP before you've completely finished with it, or as a "first reader", and offers constructive criticism. This is done by sending someone your work by e-mail or PM, not by posting here on the forum itself.
You can send me your WIP by PM, or I'll give you my e-mail address if you don't already have it. Will that work for you? If it's in a Word file, it's easier sending things back and forth by e-mail.
Yes, you can ask for beta readers here. It's okay to have more than one, although it's probably best not to have more than two or three at one time because then it all gets confusing.
Yes, me (only). It would be very bad form for a beta reader to send someone else's work on to anyone else.
