The member of fangs fur& fey have been doing podcasts the first week of each month, moderated by editor Diana Gill, which include call ins.

For some previously aired shows, take a look here:

My personal favorite is Writing Excuses. It's done by Brandon Sanderson (fantasy, author of the next Wheel of Time book), Howard Tayler (cartoonist), and Dan Wells (horror).

You can get it through iTunes or straight off their website.

Yep: Writing Excuses.

There's also Dead Robot Society, though the few eposides I've heard seem very lightweight and overly chatty.

Finally, there's Adventures in SciFi Publishing. It's not really a writing podcast, but they interview one or two speculative fiction authors each episode, and often talk a bit about the writing process.

These two are available through iTunes and are weighted towards writing SF and fantasy:

The Odyssey SF/F Writing Workshop Podcasts, which are 15-minute segments from talks given by their tutors (who are all published SF/F writers) and cover many aspects of writing.

The Secrets Podcast for Writers. Episodes 17, 18 and 23 are ones that I found particularly useful, but you can look through the episode titles and see what appeals to you. These podcasts are each around an hour long.

Are you looking for writing prompts or just advice on writing in general? I've run across a few blogs that have had good prompts (although I can't seem to remember any right now!)

Also, what's the advantage of a podcast?

How about (or aboot) a book on tape? Scott Meredith's "Writing to Sell" has been a tremendous resource for me. Also, David Maass's "Writing the Breakout Novel" was very good.
