I've watched The Eleventh Hour a couple a times. They try so hard, but it's so predictable, you can say the lines five seconds before the character does. The premise is that the FBI (I think it's the FBI, but it doesn't matter which federal agency involved) has hired a scientist to help solves strange crimes.

A scientist! Not a biologist or chemist or geologists. Simply a scientist. He seems to know everything about science including how to clone things.

It's a hoot. If you have Thursday nights and nothing to do and you don't want to watch ER, I recommend at least one episode.
