Working in Pairs or More

I was wondering as beginner writers. If my friend and I both are working on the same projects with everything we do, would we both need to get:
1) Different Writer's CV?
2) Different portfolio's?

Or is it possible just to combine both our abilities into one?

I guess it depends on if you want to keep working as a team and sell yourselves as a team. Maybe each of you could make two CV/Portfolios - one for the team, and one for the individuals. Then you could cover all the bases and not limit yourselves. I'm guessing if the team thing works, you'll get the hang of how to sell it after a while.
