Okay, I need to send in a treatment/outline for my TV pilot.
From what I understand, a treatment is something in between an outline and a script. I've been told it's like taking your episode, cutting it to 10 pages, and making the prose sound like something from a novel. Is that accurate?
Would I only include the pilot in the treatment, or do I get into different storylines for the series?
Is there anything you must include in a treatment? Anything to avoid?
Any help would be appreciated.
