Not me (yet), but it happens. The most famous example is perhaps Water for Elephants. But a first draft completed in November is probably not ready to be sent out yet although someone on this board was getting nibbles from agents in December already.

There are quite a few who have published their NaNo novels. There's a list on their website, but they don't include epublishers. Also, there are some who were published before they joined the madness of NaNo and they still come back each year.

I did NaNo in '08, finished my novel on Nov 18th, submitted it in late Nov, and got a partial manuscript request on Dec 4. I have also had several good reviews from beta readers. Still waiting to hear back about the partial that I submitted...but...fingers crossed!!

I actually turned part of my 2004 Nanowrimo into a shorter erotica story (one of my characters went off on a tangent and wrote his own story) and sold that.

I'm currently editing the two most recent for an interested agent. But despite this, I think I'm becoming disillusioned with Nanowrimo. I've won 5 times. Yes, I can write very fast if that's what I'm trying to do. But I think I'm having to spend extra time on editing so I'm not sure if it would be faster just not to worry about 50,000 words in November. Though I do like the community feel of Nano.
