I'm a new writer at Absolute Write, and I found it in a search for Beta Readers.

The Adventures of Eetoo is Science Fiction, close to 100,000 words, set mostly in space with a section that takes place on Earth, but in the past (first century) rather than the future. I've experimented with narrative points of view. It might have a few riligious overtones in parts, but it probably wouldn't fit any typical traditional views. It could be described as "Ben Hur arrives from outer space" -- minus the chariot races.

The science and history is as accurate as my own knowledge of Quantum Mechanics (from reading -- not formal education), and first century history (I did some intense research for an earlier as-yet-umpublished novel). It also has lots of culture and sociology. If you are expert in some of that, it would help, but what I'm really looking for is to see how the story holds together.

I've got another novel about to be released, and a few more being considered by the same publisher, however, this one was sent back. She said it has promise but the story didn't gel. She suggested that I run it by a writing group and she'd reevaluate it. I didn't have access to a writing group, and I hadn't heard of Beta Readers at the time, so I just went back to work on it. I think it's ready, but I should probably follow her advice first and run it by someone.

If you're interested, I could send you a fuller synopsis, or the whole manuscript.
