I am looking for a reliable, hard-working writing partner who can:
-Meet deadlines AND hold me to them.
-Contribute equally to both the creative process AND the labor.
-Provide AND accept honest, constructive feedback.
-Work comfortably within the confines of specific commercial genres like horror, men's adventure, science fiction, YA, etc.
-Work with me to develop projects from beginning to end.
-Keep me focused and motivated if I falter or become distracted.
-Share the credit for, and profits from, our work equally.
I'm an "idea guy" who tends to be very excited about a new project for a few weeks before getting impatient or being distracted by other opportunities/interests. With a partner who can keep the project moving forward and hold me accountable, I will see it through to the end. I need a collaborator who is committed to seeing our work finished and published as soon as possible, and who believes wholeheartedly in their ability to succeed as a writer. My goal is to write for a living, so I need a partner with similar aspirations.
