I got an account with Amazon for SC simple storage solutions. I had Firefox The CAT sat on my computer and the Firefox was Destroyed. I put my writing into OpenOffice by Sun Microsystems.

After Firefox crashed for good: I have re-set the set point in systems restore, I have re-installed Firefox, but it will not work at all. I double click on the icon also use the Open in the menu! Firefox is totally dead. In Firefos they had a great plug in I could use to move files to Amazon.

I was forced to go to the Opera free browser as a back-up. Opera does not have any plug in for moving files to Amazon S3 like Firefox had.

So, does anyone have an idea how to get the files moving from Open Office to Amazon S3. Is there a special program I can use?

Thanks.

Can't help you with S3 storage but you should know that there are free automatic off-site backup services out there that will eliminate all the problems you've listed.

I started this post a while back. One caveat, you need to be online for the automated service to work. If you're working through a cable modem, you are online all the time, so no worries.
