Are the following punctuation correct?
1. "You," she said, "are not going anywhere. I need you here."
2. "Never mind. Just leave the thing on the table," said Tiffany.
3. Mary said, "Look at that tree. The leaves are so green. Birds are perching on its branches."
I am still very unsure about dialogue punctuation.
