Can't rcv PM

Sorry, I had to start this thread, please move as needed, but I triied to send an email to Medi, but couldn't as it says PM box is full. I'm up-to-date on dues, have not received premium newsletters in I don't know how long, and now I see I can only have a mailbox with a capacity of 50 PM's.
Can someone check?
