I notice that it's possible to quote portions of several different posts in the same thread when responding. While it's easy enough to quote a portion of one post, I don't see any information on quoting portions of two different posts. Would anybody like to enlighten me? :Hug2: Thanks!

Good question. I've done it by clicking quote on one post, then highlight and copy, then go back and quote another post and paste the first one into the window. But that's quite arduous, so I'm hoping someone will tell us an easier way.

Thanks for asking, Chrisla.

There's a 'multiquote' icon on each message - just to the right of the 'quote' icon.

Just click the 'multiquote' icon - it will turn orange.

Then do that for every message in a thread you want to quote.

Then hit [Reply].

Your reply will be filled in with quotes from other messages!

Mind you, I've always just done it the manual way.

Good luck,

Mac

Thanks, Mac. I never knew how to use that button.
