For the past couple years I had hoped to participate, but wasn't able to. This year I'm going to so I can get a couple novels out of me and try my hardest to let things flow and not worry a ton about how rough it is.
I like to challenge myself, so I'll enter NaNoWriMo with one novel, and if I finish early, I'll start the next one and try to finish that one by year's end.
Now that a couple of my earlier projects are reaching submission ready status, I'm ready to write some stories that have been brewing inside me for years. Since I work fairly slow, I'm outlining the stories I want to write in November.
Hopefully this way I'll avoid having too many inconsistencies when I go back and edit them.
Anyone else doing NaNoWriMo this year?
