Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom regarding a book done only partly in rhyme? Do you know of any books I could read which demonstrate this successfully?
Classic fairy tales use this technique, of course ("Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum...") with modern spins like by Eugene Trivizas's "The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig".
The series of Franklin books by Paulette Bourgeois and Brenda Clark always open with the same rhyming line, leading into a new situation.
