This was a good book, but I did notice that a lot of the information is from the 90s, so take some of it with a grain of salt. Donald Maass is great and has ton of good advice, but don't focus too much on the figures based on, for example, book sales from 1994.

I'm sure things have changed in 10-15 years.

Thanks for the link. I just finished reading it. The book is a little dated in some areas, but most of it is good advice for authors. It's good to know about the pitfalls that await us when we become published. It's much better to know about them now, than learn about them the hard way.

You'll have to read it, Aschenbach. There is a lot of good information in it, but nothing new. Seeing it from the other side of the fence is the depressing part.
