OK, here's one that I never thought I'd be asking, since I've always worked on adult novels.
I actually wrote a kids' book. It's an alphabet book, specifically, with different rhymes and couplets for each letter. When I go about submitting it to publishers, would I send it in broken up by pages (i.e., four lines to a page, thus making it 26 pages), or do I just put it all in standard ms form (in which case it would end up being about three double spaced pages)?
This should probably be a no brainer, but I've never submitted a children's manuscript before, and I have NO idea what the formatting etiquette is.
