The ad has been evolving with time. Somebody who isn't familiar with markup languages seems to be doing it.

On another note, why the request for emotional support? I'm nosy.

It has been interesting watching the weird permutations before things got straightened out. When I came in there was a uglificaceous busted link at the top. Just for the record, I think Amazon widgets stink :tongue

Yeah, new format...I like it.

And that is Liam's first book out in paperback. It came out last year in hard cover. Good book. If you have not read it yet...buy it. His second one should be out really soon.

I brought up IE before and found everything centered, including my CP, but it's not like that on Firefox and Chrome.

Right, as usual, super-star, Jo. Most of the time I'm here on IE with Yahoo, so I tried Firefox using Google and it looked like old times.

PLEASE tell me the formatting is going to go back to the way it was before. I'm finding the centered title almost unreadable.

Oh good. I though I'd done something inadvertant and, knowing my luck, irreversible to my AW view.

It's driving me quite mad.

Totally your imagination. Everything is perfectly normal. Just swallow this red pill, and forget...

Edit: Dammit I meant the blue pill! Blue! No one swallowed the red pill, did they? Big whoops.

Uh-uh, everything's still centered and the buttons are in the wrong places. Please tell me the formatting is going to go back to left-justified? Pretty please? After over three thousand posts in the old format, this new format is very disconcerting.

Please let's assume that the ad caused a temporary formatting glitch, which will be fixed as soon as someone with access to change it back notices.

AW. A very nice place!
AW goes back to its proper format for members who buy the book.

(that ought to make Liam some extra loot, and put him in a mind to give me a share :)

Why do we have to have an ad at the top of the page now anyway???

Threads - Left alignment or centred? - merged with similar thread

I see some of the forums have centred alignment for thread listing.

Not sure if it's a testing phase or not but I find the current left alignment much easier to read.
