What happened to Big Pulp?

Looks like they're finishing up a reading period and may have gone to 4 times a year (no hard evidence of that though, but 2 stories a week is very ambitious - I'm having trouble getting enough submissions for my own niche ezine (military SF - Firepower!'s first issue is scheduled for Sept 15, but will only have around 15k words & 2 stories instead of the 5 stories and 20-25k I had planned).
