How many rep points are we giving?

I forget the exact formula, but I may reset it anyway. I think right now it goes like this:

For every 100 rep points you have, you give/take an extra point.

For every 1000 posts, same thing.

For every 6 months (?) that you're a member, same thing.

Admins (Chunky and I) give/take 10 points at a time.
