Running with Scissors. I know the book was better, but I thought they did a great job with most of the casting (except Gynweth Paltrow) and I cried at the end. I went with a group of friends and everyone else thought it stunk.

I love A.I. (The scene when David's mother abandons him nearly out-tearjerks anything in E.T.)

I liked Georgia Rule. Not a masterpiece certainly but kind of enjoyable (*ducks*). I never got all the hate.

Planet of the Apes. The original films. All of them, despite the continuity errors.

I'm especially fond of Beneath the Planet of the Apes. I grew up Catholic, so the bomb worshiping scenes brought back memories.

I @#$^ing loved Hudson Hawk. I was literally the only guy in the theater when I saw that. Both times. Also Night of the Comet.

As for myself, I really like "Next" with Nicholas Cage. Everyone hates that movie. I love it.

Continental Divide. No one thought John Belushi could play a romantic lead, but I thought he was absolutely charming.

I also think Batman Returns is the best Batman film ever made, and Return of the Jedi the best Star Wars film.

Shock Treatment, the follow-up to The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Not a true sequel, but a really good movie nonetheless. Excellent soundtrack, especially Richard O'Brien's solo version of the title song that plays under the credits at the end.
