Ciera_

Hi everybody. My name is Ciera, I have a 90k-word novel fresh out of the oven, and I'd love it if someone could direct me to a place to maybe post the first five pages or something? I just came from Querytracker, which is an excellent site, but seems to be a bit slow lately and nobody seems to feel like critiquing. It's my first novel and of course I'm eager to have it published, the only drawback: It is a vampire novel. Alas, I'm a few years too late, because now it's the biggest thing and everyone is doing it, so I have to work twice as hard to make my work stand out.
Anyway, anyone who has a red pen handy, lemme know where I can post a section.
Loving this site so far, it looks like it's going to be a great resource and place to hang out.

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.

How do you like your popcorn?

You might want to post a few pages in the SYW horror section. It is password prot. and the password is vista.

Welcome to AW. Check out the "Share Your Work" Forum and look at some of the threads there. Good luck with the book.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome (and now I KNOW what a busy site this is) and I'll be sure to post a sample somewhere for you.

I can't do your critique, but I wish to say hello and welcome!

Don't give up on your themes; even if other writers are exploring the sameas yours you're the only one with your own voice (wow, I don't even know if this sentence makes sense!) and style.
