Hey folks. I'm looking for a critique partner who enjoys urban fantasy and harbors a goal towards NY publishing. I require someone with much critique experience and who's not afraid to pull their punches.

This person must also have completed a book, and has the time to send a chapter back every week.

In return, I'm looking to critique UF and paranormal romance, but I am not looking to be a mentor. No offense, but I'm aiming for NY and I have no time to baby newbies around.
