I don't think this suit has anythig to do with the OP.

Instabook is suing PA over patent infringement based on patents it holds for book on demand, etc.

It might have been. The link above had a summary of the case, and it ended with them filing for voluntary dismissal; I'm not familiar with it, so it looks like a round of GoodSearch-fu for me.
