AW Water Cooler as a Connection on LibraryThing

Hi

If you have a LibraryThing account, I've posted a request for Absolute Write Water Cooler to be added to the Connections menu.

I think it would be cool if we could see fellow members on LibraryThing.

I'm Medievalist on LibraryThing, and if you don't have an account, LibraryThing is a book cataloging/discussion site. I've been paying a lot of attention to them lately, and this is the one that I used when I was working on my dissertation.

I liked it well enough that I'm a lifetime member (all of $25.00) and bought one of the nifty CueCat bar code scanners, for entering books quickly and easily.

I'm fascinated by the aspects of cataloging/discussion/social networking around books, so I'm on pretty much all of them.

Thought I'd let my fellow book addicts know about another book-related time sink.

A couple weeks ago MacAllister Stone and I were horrified by a Stephen King forum--we wanted a place to talk about our Stephen King project--when we discovered it was only "on" from M-F, 9-4 Eastern Standard time.

So we built our own place to talk about books. Come play in our garden!
