Book Markets for Children's Writers?

I need to get the most recent information regarding 2 publishers' editors and 2007 published books. My local library doesn't carry this book. Any help would be appreciated.

The publishers are:

- Master Books
- Promotheus Books

Info needed:
Editor's name and %age of books published last year by previously unpublished writers, writers new to the publisher and writers making unsolicited submissions (if available).

Are you talking about the 2008 version of Children's Writer's and Illustrator's Market?

No, my library had that one and it didn't list these two publishers in it. I typed the title in the first line of my OP.

That's incorrect. I have the 2008 copy of CWIM in front of me; it lists both publishers. Page 183 and 196.

Perhaps someone else will have a copy of the one you're looking for.

I have this copy and I assumed that there is a 2008 version. Am I assuming incorrectly?

I was at the library yesterday but I only had about a half hour so perhaps I skimmed over it. Would you be able to help me out?

I'd be glad to send you the information in the 2008 CWIM edition. Are you aware that the 2009 edition just came out? I have it in my shopping cart on Amazon but haven't ordered it yet.

Total by first-time authors: 10%

Prometheus Books

Acquisitions: Steven L. Mitchell, editor-in-chief
Total children's book published per year: 1-2 titles
Total by first-time authors: 50%

There doesn't appear to be a 2008 edition of this. At least Amazon doesn't have it.

Thanks alleycat, same as 2007 info. Just wanted to be sure.
I noticed that as well when I looked for the image to post. That is strange. I wonder why there isn't a listed 2008 version.

Also, are you a member of SCBWI? They might have later information.
