I'm still slapping about that middle grade book I'm working on. I reworked a scene and put it on the children subfolder in share your work if anyone would be interested in critiquing it. Before anyone says it I know that usually it isn't good to "tell" a story rather than show it but I didn't want to take up that much time with this scene but set the scene to show they had been interested in inventing and had "missed" before.
