Inspired by an on-going series of debates in the critique forum, I decided I could use some help pinning down exactly what makes a poem "good." Then I realized there's no fun in that.
However, what makes a poem "bad" is another kettle of fish all together.
So I propose a challenge: Who can write the WORST POEM EVER?
I'd like to see a thread filled with terrible original poems (no explanations by the author allowed!) for us to analyze, debate, and vote on. The winner (loser?) shall be heaped with rep points from fellow poets as we hold his/her poem out the window because of the stench.
