Here's a challenge:

Name your top two favorite funny Internet sites. Please provide a link and a short description of each site. (Do not include your own site or the Gods of Olympia will frown on you.)

I'll start it off with:

Inkygirl: Daily Diversions for Writers - Comic strip writer and humorist, Debbie Ridpath Ohi, chronicles the lives of fictional writers with whimsical drawings and gentle laughs.

Get Fuzzy - Another comic strip. This one features a maniacal cat, a Canadian dog, and a male bachelor who plays straight man to his pets.

Dave Barry's Blog - Famous humor columnist posts links to stories about bad drivers, crazy animals, and other bizarre stuff.

Spittin' (out words) Like a Llama - This is Colby Marshall's blog. She's vibrant, outrageous and funny. Go visit her.

Questionable Content is a fun little web comic, especially the strips involving Pintsize!

XKCD is another web comic that can be freaking hilarious at times. Well worth the read!

I read these both every day, which doesn't work so well for xkcd, since it's only published three times a week. But it's still worth the time. Great way to brighten a day.

It's a satirical newspaper.

http://waiterrant.net/He's a good writer with a book coming out taken from his blog. It's an interesting look at the restaurant business, with a bit of humor thrown in. (You can't help but laugh at some of the idiocies.)

zero punctuation: I don't normally like humor that is just somebody tearing someone else down the whole time, but this is done so very very well that I feel it's almost perfection in the cut-down genre. It's all video game reviews and news though, so if you're not a gamer you may not like it

Red vs Blue: This site is also video game related but I firmly believe that anyone will enjoy these videos. I think they are some of the strongest written, character-based examples of humor on the Web. The problem is you have to kind of watch the whole thing to really get it. The good thing there is it's fun the whole time. You do have to go to Youtube to find most of the old stuff though, not that I would recommend doing that.

Both of these suggestions have a high concentration of swearing. You have been warned.
