Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I've been lurking for a bit, thought it was finally time to join in. I love this board, it's so full of useful information!
As far as a writing career goes, there isn't much to tell at the moment, some part time freelancing and a novel that's 90% done. All of the warnings for new writers telling us it's near impossible to get into print haven't frightened me off yet, and I'm looking forward to the challenge.
