Members List

I hang out at another forum that uses the same interface/set-up as AS, yet today I ran into a minor discrepancy between the two. After searching for an answer among previously posted threads (and coming up with zilch), I'm turning here:

Why can't I bring up a list of our Members, in the section "Members List" on the toolbar here? At the other forum, this leads to an alphabetical, and searchable, list of members. Is it disabled here for a particular reason?

And was this answered someplace else, and I simply lack the ability to find it? :)

I'm not certain but I have a vague recollection that it was disabled somewhere around the 15,000 member mark. If I recall correctly, there was some techno reason involving load times or transfer rates or some such.

Yeah, it used to be active. I thought it was deactivated because someone was using it for the wrong reasons. But . . . I don't really remember either.

and that also explains why it didn't show in my search. I didn't forget the "s" :D
