So I'm looking for some willing Betas for my 75K high fantasy novel, which currently has the slightly unwieldy title, Dance of the Burning Men.
I have a great crit partner, but a few more eyes on this (particularly someone to whom I have not spilled the beans and discussed each plot point with in excruciating detail
) I think would be great.
Brief Description:
Four girls find themselves battling wights, demons, and Chaos itself when they are chosen by the gods to protect a princess from assassination. Evil mages conspire to plunge Cair Tallas into civil war and leave them vulnerable to a looming threat from the north. Sanciare Afortunada is the one person who can stop the coming invasion; she must live long enough to take the throne.
It's book one of a projected three book series. There are dark bits, blood, guts, the death of a major character, and one really bad-ass dog. It may or may not be YA, your opinions on that would be awesome as well.
