Hello, I am writing a story about a psychic. Can someone
tell me where I can find the best website for this information?
I have an idea for my character. She is able to tell when something
is wrong. The colors surround her change into a grayish color.
I also like to know if you think this idea for a story line will work.

You could probably do a Google search and find more information on psychics than you ever wanted to know.

Maybe you could schedule a short reading with a "real" psychic and let them know up front that you don't want a reading but would rather question them about their abilities and work for a novel you are writing. I'm sure you would find some that would agree to help you.

Hmm...that a great idea. We use to have a psychic in my home town.
Her name was Madame Rose, but she pack up and left.

You are talking about research. Why not go to some .org sites. Since being a psychic is so unique to the person, I wonder how similar the experiences will be.
