New York City Taxi Driver wanted

I'm working on a new novel that features a new york city cab driver as a main character. I've done some research, but there's nothing like talking to the real thing. I'd love to have a real cab driver as a resource I can send questions to now and then, or get feedback on scenes and situations involving a taxi driver in NYC.

Thanks, Ted. It was a long shot, but I thought I'd try. I did order the book by Melissa Plaut called NEW YORK HACK. It's a memoir based on the blog she kept while working as a taxi driver, so that's going to help a little. I'd just like someone I can call occasionally. But if that can't happen, no big deal. The taxi driving job isn't the main focus of the story.
