Needing a poem for a baby's death

Hi,
On Wednesday, I am attending the funeral of a close member of my family; she lost her little girl, as a stillborn baby, 5 weeks before the full term.

We would like a poem to read out in the church service and I was wondering if any of you knew one which would be apt for this very sad occasion.
