Looking at their site:

Where’s my money?!

Fox & Raven pays a once-off fee of R1 500 (that’s $150 for any non-South African writers) for each short story we accept.

And what about my rights?

Our contract gives us the exclusive right to publish your short story in an electronic format for one year, and non-exclusively thereafter. It also gives us the rights to translation, audiobooks and (for some extra moolah) anthologies. Also exclusively for one year and non-exclusively thereafter.
They seem to want quite extensive rights for not very much money.

But they do have a website http://www.foxandraven.co.za/ , with an about page http://www.foxandraven.co.za/about-us-2/ Although there's not really much information on that page.

I have serious problems finding any information on what they have publsihed on their site.(Navigation on the site is a bit more complicated than I'd like.) I did find out that they have their third short story out in August, but there was no ordering information connected to that. And I honestly couldn't find anything else they have published in the about five minutes I tried.

FWIW, what they've published is more accessible now.

Doesn't seem like they've published a lot in a couple of years, though.
