This is for the folks using the February Get Healthy thread and for newcomers who want to work on any health issues--weight loss, smoking cessation, more exercise--you get the picture.

I started this thread at the beginning of Feb to get/give support and help me be accountable. It's working--I've lost 7 pounds, which is nothing compared to what some folks have lost, Like ChunkyC and Madame Swift! But I'll take (or toss) the seven pounds and keep going. And I'm so glad this is helping people.

Folks who are posting in February should still use that thread until March 1.

I'm just putting in a marker here so any new folks can get ready!
